Noida campus of Amity Institute of Biotechnology offers four-year B.Tech and five-year B.Tech + M.Tech (dual degree) in various disciplines. Amity University, Noida offers M.Tech and M.Sc. courses in two disciplines. Candidates applying for M.Sc course must have passed B.Sc in relevant discipline. Applicants of M.Tech programs candidates must have passed HSC (10+2) in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) with minimum 60% marks and must have passed graduation in relevant stream.

Admission to M.Tech program is done on the basis of entrance exam conducted by the University. Selections to M.Sc are based on the merit list of the qualifying exam/ University exam and interview.

The college offers Ph.D. programs twice a year, for January and July sessions. Ph.D. program is offered in two modes- Full time and Part time. Postgraduates in the concerned discipline with at least 55% marks are eligible for Ph.D course.

Selection to the Ph.D. courses is based on Ph.D. Entrance Test (PET) (conducted by the University). PET entrance exam is of one and half hour duration (i.e. 90 minutes). The exam consists of 70 marks consisting of 95 objective types of questions. The Entrance Test will have two Sections - General, Program Specific.
