Ans. NICMAR offers admission to the 2 Years full-time PGP ACM course. The total programme fee for the courses is INR 13,06,900/- which will not include the living expences and the hostel fee.
Ques. What is the eligibility criteria for admission to the Management of Family Owned Construction Business?
Ans. The institute offers admission to the executive programme of MFOCB. Admission to the course will be based on the marks secured in the entrance test conducted by the Institute or qualified candidates of CAT/ GATE/ GMAT/ CMAT. Yes, there are a couple of ways you can try to pay your fees and complete your education. Your interest in the course is the only thing necessary. Not everyone on the NICMAR campus is rich or economically stable. To aid a student in terms of fees, there are scholarships available at NICMAR.
If you score the highest marks in the NICMAR trimester, then you will be offered a 100% scholarship for that particular trimester.
Apart from this, there is an option to avail of an education loan. The banks which provide the education loans are available at the time of admission in the campus itself.
The loans are to be paid after you get a job and these policies differ according to the bank for which you need to enquire with the respective banks. So, you can choose which suits you best and take it.

The NCAT is the entrance exam for NICMAR. According to some of my friends who have taken the exam, it is not that difficult but easy if you prepare well.
For the written exam, you need to have hands-on practice with the aptitude and reasoning section.
You need to have good time management skills to ace the exam.
The next round would be Group Discussion. For this, you have to keep a record of the current affairs of both the World and India along with the domain you are studying, be it Interiors or Civil.
Have a sound knowledge of the current technologies and reforms made in the particular domain.
The last would be the personal interview round. It's quite easy if you have a command over your communication skills.
An interview is nothing but an interaction. For the preparation, in the case of a fresher, you can tell your accomplishments during the time of graduation.
