Asian Academy of Film and Television (AAFT) is a private film school which was established in 1993 and is located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. It is affiliated to the International Film and Television Research Centre. AAFT was approved as an international-level training centre by City & Guilds in 2002. AAFT holds international and national accreditations of UGC, MHRD, ICMEI (International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry).

The undergraduate courses offered by Asian Academy of Film & Television include a B.Sc. followed by a four-year Bachelor of Design (B.Des.). Other UG courses include a BA course and a Bachelor of Performing Arts (BPA).
The college also offers many postgraduate courses like M.Sc., MA and a Master of Performing Arts (MPA). AAFT also offers one year diploma courses in Animation, Multimedia, VFX, Public Relation & Events and Advertising & Brand Communication and some short term courses in Still Photography & Journalism and Sound Recording & Radio Production.
Candidates applying to the UG (B.Sc., BA, B.Des. and BPA) and Diploma courses should have passed their Higher Secondary (10+2) or any equivalent examination from a recognized board of education such as CBSE/ICSE/IGCSE/IB and State Board. Admissions to the PG courses is done for candidates who have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Admissions for all the courses are done on the basis of an Aptitude test followed by a round of personal interview. The facility of an Online Aptitude Test followed by a telephonic interview exists for outstation/international applicants.
