College of Engineering, Kidangoor (CEK) is one among the premier institutions in the state of Kerala. Located at Kottayam, Kerala, India, the college is governed by the Co-operative Academy of Professional Education. The College is affiliated to Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT).
College of Engineering, Kidangoor (CEK) offers B.Tech degree from CUSAT, Kochi and APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University in various disciplines such as Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication, Electronics and Instrumentation, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Civil Engineering and Information Technology. CEK, Kidangoor also offers M.Tech program at the postgraduate level. The admissions are as per the list forwarded by the Controller of Entrance Examinations, Kerala and functioning of the college is as per the rules and regulations formulated by the Government of Kerala and CAPE.
The admissions are based on the rank obtained by the students in the State Entrance examinations and functioning of the college is according to the rules and regulations formulated by the Government of Kerala.
- Minimum eligibility for admission in B.Tech is to pass 10+2 with PCM as subjects and a minimum aggregate of 50%.
- To be eligible for M.Tech, candidates should have a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in the Engineering Degree examination.
- Admission to the B.Tech and B.Tech lateral programs are done through Kerala Engineering Entrance Examination, KEAM and DTE, Kerala LET respectively.
- Admission to the M.Tech program is through valid score in Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE).
