Out of the given two options, PIBM is better in terms of studies and placements.

PIBM was established by IAEER as an initiative to impart relevant management education to encourage employment and entrepreneurship among the Indian masses.
PIBM is AICTE approved and affiliated with SSPU. It is highly ranked among the management institutes of India by various organizations. NIRF’20 ranked the institute 76 for MBA.
The college uses unique learning methods and trains its students as per the SCPS approach. They provide experimental-based and profile-based training. They will help you in developing your skills for the corporate world.
The college also provided two internship programs during the course and there are live projects as well.
