Indira Gandhi Engineering College located in Sagar, Madhya Pradesh is a government aided autonomous engineering college established in the year 1981. The college was affiliated initially with Sagar university, but since the year 2000 it has been affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal, MP. The college is recognized by the statutory body AICTE which stands for All India Council for Technical Education.
Indira Gandhi Engineering College offers B.Tech program in five specializations namely- Civil engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering and Information Technology. The college also provides B.Tech Lateral course in the same five specializations.
