People's Institute of Management and Research is a private institute affiliated to People’s University, Bhopal. Established in 1995, the institute is situated in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. The institute offers commerce and management courses at UG, PG and Ph.D. levels.

There is an integrated program for BBA + MBA with an intake of 60 students. Apart from that, BBA and B. Com are offered with over 100 seats. B. Com. is offered in two specializations – Management and Accounting & Finance. MBA is offered with dual specialization with an intake of 120 seats. The institute also offers a Ph.D. in Management.

Students applying for UG courses should have passed 10 + 2 or an equivalent examination.
For the PG courses, the candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with a minimum aggregate of 50% for all subjects taken together (45% for SC/ST candidates).
Selection in UG programs will be based on the merit of qualifying exam followed by personal interview.
All PG candidates should have a central or state management aptitude score. If not, the students have to take the Entrance test conducted by the university.
For Ph.D. course, students must have 55% in Master’s degree examination to be eligible to apply.

Selection of candidates based on merit in CAT/CMAT/XAT/MAT or People's Admission Test (PAT) conducted by the University followed by personal interview by the institute.

Apart from offering courses at UG and PG levels, the institute also offers a Ph.D. in management. The basic eligibility criteria for the courses is a Master’s degree in relevant field or equivalent degree with minimum 55% aggregate in marks. Selection will be based on merit in Ph.D. Entrance test conducted by the University and personal interview.
