Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Anantapur (JNTU) College of Engineering (CEP), Pulivendula was established in 2006 as the fourth constituent college of Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University. It was a part of JNTU-Anantapur till 2013. The college has been autonomous since the academic year 2013-14.
JNTUA College of Engineering offers UG courses with a total intake of 300 students, PG courses with an intake of 100 students and part-time M.Tech courses with a total intake of 75 students.
- 10+2 with a minimum of passing aggregate marks in Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry or equivalent from a recognized board is required to be eligible for B.Tech.
- For M.Tech, graduation in B.Tech is required to be eligible for admission.
- Admissions into UG courses will be given through Andhra Pradesh Engineering Agricultural and Medical Common Entrance Test (EAMCET) and Engineering Common Entrance Test (ECET) scores.
- The admission to the M.Tech program is made through Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (PGECET) or Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) score.
