Candidates seeking to apply for admission to Siliguri B.Ed College should follow a stepwise procedure as mentioned below:

The applicants must visit the official college website and click on the ‘Admissions’ link.
Now, fill all the required details in the application form and submit the form.
Pay the application fee through Bank Challan/E-Challan.
Completed application forms must be submitted along with the scanned copy of E-Challan payment / Bank challan.

The candidate must submit their respective E-Challan Receipt at the time of Counselling otherwise their application will be considered incomplete which can lead to rejection of candidature.
Admission will be treated as cancelled if a candidate doesn’t join college within ten days from the date of commencement of the classes in the college.
Teachers of recognized secondary schools having at least two years of teaching experience (for classes IX - XII) and requisite qualifications can apply through the District Inspector of schools (secondary) for being considered as “Deputed candidate”.

Candidates must have obtained at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidate ) either in the Bachelor’s Degree and or the Master’s Degree or any other qualification equivalent.
General and OBC category candidates must not be more than 35 years old(40 years for SC/ST candidates).
Candidates must have studied Bengali/English/History/Physical Science/Life Science/Geography/Mathematics at the UG/PG level.
Deputed candidates must have at least 2 years of teaching experience in Government Aided Schools.

The college offers admission to candidates on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination.
A merit list will be prepared based on which students will be called for the counselling round.
During this round, the college will allot seats to eligible students.
