Seth Phool Chand Bagla PG College, Hathras, Uttar Pradesh was established in 1958. The college affiliated to Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University, and approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). The college offered full time Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) coursed. At present this college is running Arts, Commerce, Science and Education faculties.

The college has a beautiful and vast cricket ground and a volley ball court, tennis court, a basketball court and one well equipped gymkhana and has a grand building which exposes its glaring aspects to all directions.
