Sarafraz College of Education, Srinagar was established in the year 1994 which is run by Mirza Arif Educational Trust. Iqbal Hanief Beg, Yasmin Iqbal and Habiba Arif are the members of the Trust. It is located at Shah Anwar Colony, Khaliqabad, Hyderpora Bye Pass Srinagar. The college offers Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) program. The college has well qualified faculties to run the B.Ed. and ETTC courses.

The college has a rich library with adequate number of text books, journals, references and other reading materials. Besides the library, the college has well equipped science and computer laboratories having latest electronic gadgets.
