Sant Darbara Singh College of Education for Women, Moga was established in the year 1971. The college is being run by Sant Darbara Singh Ik-Onkar Trust under the presidency of Sant Jagjit Singh Ji, who is dedicated social worker and high spirited religious preacher. The college owes its establishment to Sant Darbara Singh Ji who was a holy man, a born genius, great visionary enlightened personality & a divine soul Committed to the upliftment of society through women education. The institute is a not-for-profit organization. The main objective of the college is to providing dynamic and competent secondary school teachers as well as teacher educators abreast with Indian ethos, modern educational technologies imbued with spirit of selfless service to the cause of education, to establish a learned society equipped to meet all exigencies of human development.
