Regional Institute of Education, Mysore offers two 4-year integrated courses namely B.Sc. Ed. and BA Ed. at the undergraduate level. The basic eligibility criteria for admission to these courses is a pass in CBSE Senior Secondary examination/ Pre-University examination of Karnataka or an equivalent examination with 50% marks.
Candidates applying for B.Sc. Ed. program must have studied PCMB at the intermediate level. BA Ed. candidates are required to have studied English, Regional Language and any two subjects, viz. History, Geography, Economics, Political Science and Sociology, at 10+2. Candidates are selected on the basis of marks obtained in Common Entrance Exam (CEE) conducted by NCERT, New Delhi.
