Regional Institute of Education Admissions is ongoing for its various UG and PG programs. Interested candidates can seek RIE Admission 2023 on the basis of an entrance exam. The registrations are ongoing from April 25. The admit cards will be available from June 25 and the entrance exam will be conducted on July 02 and the results will be declared between July 20 – 25. Regional Institute of Education (RIE), Ajmer was established in the year 1963. It is affiliated to Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University (MDSU). It is a constituent unit of the National Council of Educational Research & Training (NCERT), New Delhi. RIE Ajmer offers two integrated programs, viz. B.Sc-B.Ed. and BA-B.Ed including a B.Ed. program at the undergraduate level. For postgraduate studies, the college offers an M.Ed. program.

- The minimum eligibility criteria for integrated BA-B.Ed and B.Sc-B.Ed courses is 10+2 with 50% (45% for SC/ST/PWD) from a recognized board.

- Admission to all the courses is based on the score in CEE conducted by NCERT followed by preparation of merit list and counselling.
- Candidates are selected on the basis of CEE score and aggregate marks in the last qualifying exam. 60% weightage will be given to CEE score and remaining 40% for marks in the qualifying examination.
- In case of a tie, selection will be based on the score of Teaching Aptitude test. Further tie will be decided on the basis of age.

RIE Ajmer B.Sc-B.Ed, BA-B.Ed & B.Ed Admission 2023
RIE Ajmer offers full-time integrated courses, viz, B.Sc-B.Ed and BA-B.Ed for the duration of four years.at the undergraduate level. It also offers B.Ed course for the duration of two years.
B.Sc-B.Ed is a five-year integrated program offered in two groups, namely, Biological Group (Botany, Zoology, Chemistry) and Physical Group (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics). B.Ed is also offered in two groups, i.e, Science-Mathematics and Social Science-Language group. Admission is based on the score in CEE followed by counselling conducted by NCERT.

RIE Ajmer M.Ed Admission 2023
RIE Ajmer offers a two-year M.Ed. program at PG level. BA-B.Ed, B.Sc-B.Ed, B.El.Ed and B.Ed degree holders are eligible to pursue the M.Ed. program provided they have secured at least 50% marks in aggregate. Selection of candidates for M.Ed. program is done through NCERT-CEE and its respective counselling.

RIE Ajmer Application Process 2023
Students applying for any of the courses offered by RIE, Ajmer are required to visit the NCERT website and fill the online application form for the Common Entrance Exam (CEE). A valid email ID and phone number will be required for the first step of application.
The board provides login credentials to the registered candidates through e-mail and SMS which can be used to proceed with the application process. The detailed process of application through NCERT CEE is as follows:
- Visit the official website of RIE, Ajmer and Click on CEE tab on the home page.
- Click on ‘Registration Form’ link on CEE website and register using valid email-id and phone number.
- Fill the necessary details and select the exam center.
- Upload recent photograph and signatures in JPG or JPEG format.
- Make payment of INR 800 (INR 400 for SC/ST/PWD) at the nearest HDFC bank branch.
- Save the application form for further admission proceedings.
Note: In case, the candidates have qualified for CEE. They have to visit RIE, Ajmer along with application form and other required documents.

Remarks:
The eligibility of the course is to clear the RIECEE exam. The application form normally releases around the time of April may you have to look into it from time to time. There is a reservation for SC/ST and all.

We filled out and submitted the application form in April as the application form starts coming online on the website in April and the last June fee for the application form is rs 1000 for general students and 500 rupees for other students like SC ST EWS and OBC category. Rupees 500 for reserve candidates are there in the application form. The website where we can apply for the application form is www.cee.ncert.gov.in.

We had the Common entrance exam(CEE) or we can say RIE CEE. The application form generally releases in the month of April and May and lasts for 2 months. The application form costs 1000 rs for general boys and 500 for the rest of the categories. The eligibility criteria for application is a 12th pass from a recognised institute or school with a minimum of 50 per cent marks. 12th passed within the last three years of this session. Then we have cee exam which is 160 marks containing English proficiency, teaching aptitude and reasoning. The admission procedure includes 60 percentage of the marks we got in the test and 40 per cent of the marks we got in our 12th class. We can get an Application form at cee website cee.ncert.gov.in Reservation benefits for SC/ST/ PwDs/ girls / EWS students in admission procedure and fee concession.

The admission process was pretty clear. You have to clear an entrance exam CEE. Through this examination merit list is prepared. The application form can be found online by searching NCERT CEE. Talking about the application fees, it is 1000 rs. Here cut-off highly depends upon the state since there are 2types of reservation category-wise as well as a state type.
