VSB Engineering College BTech admission 2024 is done through the TNEA exam. The TNEA tentative exam 2024 dates have been announced. The start date of the online TNEA registration is May 4, 2024. Similar to every other Engineering college, VSB conducts its admission process by means of proper counselling process for respective programs.

For B.E/B.Tech courses, a candidate must appear for any National level Entrance exam like JEE Mains and participate in TNEA counselling process for the respective academic year
For M.E courses, eligible candidates must produce a scorecard of entrance level exam like GATE or TANCET and appear for TNEA counselling
Admissions to 65% seats are filled via single window counselling process and rest 35% are filled through Consortium of Self-Financing Professional Colleges of Tamil Nadu as per the regulations of state Govt.

VSB Engineering College, Karur came under the regulations of VSB Educational Trust in the year 2002 at Karur, Tamil Nadu. VSB Engineering College Technical Campus at Coimbatore was set up in 2012.

Ques. Does the college offer hostel accommodation to outstation students?

Ans. Yes, there are facilities for hostels to both girls and boys. The hostels are located within campus and they are quite spacious and clean. All basic facilities including mess, recreation hall, security, multi gym, indoor games, Wi-Fi, telephone and mineral water plant is available to students.

Ques. Is buses available for transportation?

Ans. Yes, at VSB there are a fleet of buses available on different routes to pick and drop day scholar students as well as staff members. The buses are operational on every working day and the timings are pre informed to the commuters. The fees for transportation are separate.

Remarks:

Admission was smooth and cool. I applied for counseling for this college after my 12th. And I have got this college admission in counseling. After that, I was admitted on the next day. There is no entrance exam. But there is some eligibility for this course. For admission fees, I have paid 5000 fees which is included in for academic fees.

Remarks:

If the candidate has scored a 180+ cutoff they are eligible for direct admissions like counseling or direct admissions. If the candidate has scored the least cutoff they have to pay 2lakhs for the information technology course in this college, they will come under the management quota. Application fees are 500rs. The application form is available in the admission office. If we reserve a seat we want to pay 50,000 for reserving a seat.
