Upendra Pai Memorial College (UPM) is managed by Konkani Linguistic Minority Trust and situated in city Udupi state of Karnataka. The college offers two courses Bachelor of Commerce [B.Com.] and Bachelor of Business Management [BBM]. The college is affiliated by Mangalore University and accredited with B++ Grade by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC).

The main aim of college is to provide excellence in Management Education. The college conducts courses on Entrepreneurship Development and Individual Development for the final year degree students in order to make them better equipped to face the problem of life. The library is well equipped with total 11,879 books and college has other facilities.
