Shanti Business School PGDM Selection Criteria

Scholarships

Merit Scholarship - This scholarship is awarded to students who possess excellent academic records during their graduation period. Those who have a score of 80% or above are offered a scholarship of INR 1,25,000/- while those who have a score of 70% to 79.99% are offered a scholarship of INR 51,000/-.
Merit-cum-Means Scholarship - This scholarship is awarded to those applicants whose family income is less than INR 6 LPA. The amount of the scholarship will depend upon the need and merit of a student.
Defense Scholarship for the wards of Defense Service Personnel - To avail this scholarship, students must score at least 60 % marks in graduation and maintain the same throughout the program. The amount of the scholarship is INR 48,000/-

Shanti Business School is a private institute and it is a good option for PGDM. One of my friends has studied and passed from this college and has been placed in a well-reputed firm, Vodafone with a decent package. There are some of my other acquaintances who had passed from this very college and got placed in reputed companies such as ITC, Nestle, Parle, Milward Brown, Pepsi co., Vivo, Standard Chartered Bank, Deutsche Bank, XL Dynamics, TCS, BMW, and many more with decent packages. Placement highlights Highest CTC offered INR 17.10 LPA Average CTC offered INR 6.65 LPA The college is well known for its beautiful infrastructure. The faculty team is helpful and cooperative. Shanti Business School is a private management school, established by the Chiripal Group. The points below give a detailed overview of the institute. Companies from every sector come to the campus for placement, including FMCG, business analysis, banking and finance, IT, consultancy, healthcare, media, Pharma, retail, manufacturing, automobile, etc. The median package and highest package offered to the recent batch were 6.35 LPA and 10.3 LPA respectively. The curriculum followed changed rapidly according to the current need of globalized business. The institute provides excellent infrastructure inside the campus, with an excellent library called Book Bay. The faculty is top-notch. Some of the teachers in the faculty are legends in their own subjects The alumni network of the institute is growing with time and is not very big currently. 20% of students get jobs with excellent roles and high salary packages. The other 80% get average jobs. But, it is a little disappointing that even after having an excellent quality education, certain good companies don’t visit the campus. The student quality in the institute is very good, with a 50-50 gender diversity ratio, which is a dream for corporates. Most students inside the campus have both a creative and analytic mindset. Even students are quite inclined towards the entrepreneurial side. The fee is close to 6 Lakhs for the entire program. Considering the placement statistics, it provides an average return on investment.
