Madras School of Social Work, an Autonomous organization providing various Ug and Pg programs, under the Patronage of Indian Council Of Social Welfare (Formerly known as Indian Conference of Social Work) by Mary Clubwala Jadhav. Admission to the college is both merit and entrance-based. For entrance-based courses, the final results are announced only after the PI and GD round.
How to apply?
- Visit the Admissions page of the website.
- For registering yourself for your desired course click on the apply now button (????).
- When asked have you applied already, Click No if you have not applied already.
- Click Yes if you have already applied.
- Provide all the asked details carefully.
- After entering all the details correctly click on Update Form.
- Candidates (both UG and PG) can apply for more than one course.
- The application fees for UG form is 350amd for PG form it is 500 (per course).
- After filling the application form you have to do the payment by any of the following means.
- Online payment by Netbanking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card etc.
- Offline payment by DD (Demand Draft) for applicants outside Chennai.
- Payment by Cash in the college office.
UG Admission Process:
- No Entrance Exam is required for taking admission in UG courses.
- A merit list and a waiting list is prepared for candidates who have been selected. The list is uploaded on the website and the candidates are also informed through mail.
- The information regarding the reporting date and fee submission is given in the email.
- The candidates must submit their original documents to the college.
- Students on the waiting list are given admission only if seats are left vacant.
PG Admission Process:
- After filling the online form and doing the payment. Candidates will receive their hall tickets through email.
- After giving the entrance test. The Students qualified for GD/Interview are listed on the website. They are also notified via email about further details of the date and time of GD/Interview.
- After the completion of the GD and PI, the students selected are notified by email. Also, names are uploaded on the website.
- Students are given details about further fee payment and document submission.
