Institute of Productivity and Management(IPM), Kanpur, offers Post Graduate in Diploma Management program (PGDM) equivalent to the MBA degree course. The course duration for the program is two years. The PGDM program further specializes in five different management specializations.

Aspiring candidates for the PGDM program must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline and secure a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

To apply for the PGDM program, candidates must have appeared in any of the National level Aptitude Tests like CAT/ MAT / CMAT / GMAT or any other National Level Aptitude Test.

Shortlisted candidates have to go through Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds which will be conducted by IPM, Kanpur.

• A valid score in any of the National Aptitude Tests is mandatory for applying for the course.
• The final selection will be done on the basis of overall academic performance in the Written Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
• Any Eligible candidate can be rejected at any stage of admission process as the final decision of Admission is in the hands of Admission Committee of Institute in all matters.
• The institute will inform the selected candidates about their admission through registered post. They must pay the first installation of fees as given in the letter of Admission before the the date mentioned.
•  In case of failure, seat will be given to next candidate in waiting.
