Capital Institute of Management and Science (CIMS) is a private institute situated in the city of Bhubaneshwar in Orissa state. It is affiliated to Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT), Orissa.

The college provides only a single course that is MBA at the postgraduate level which is of two-year duration. There are numerous specializations available in MBA program. Capital Institute of Management and Science also provides an option of Integrated MBA which is of a five-year duration.

• To apply for this course, students should have completed graduation from any stream with minimum 50% marks from a university recognized by AICTE/ UGC/ AIU/ DEC.
• The minimum percentage is reduced till 45% for SC/ ST/ OBC category students.
• The students who are in the final year of their graduation may also apply for MBA course.
• To apply for Integrated MBA program, students should have completed 10+2 with minimum 45% marks (general category students) and 40% marks for SC/ST students.
• The selection procedure is entrance based. Students should have appeared for any national/ state level entrance tests like MAT/ CAT/ XAT/ ATMA.
• Students can also appear in OJEE for admission in MBA course.
• For Management and NRI students, admission will be based on a written test followed by a GDPI round.
