Latest Update: BIMTECH PGDM IB admission for batch 2024 has begun. The last date to apply for BIMTECH PGDM is December 2, 2023. CAT 2023 Admit Card will be released on November 7, 2023, and the exam is scheduled for November 26, 2023. XAT 2024 registration has begun, and the last date to apply is November 30, 2023, and the exam is scheduled for January 7, 2024.

PGDM in International business (IB) is a specialized MBA course offered by BIMTECH which prepares students for roles in International Business. Apart from PGDM International Business, BIMTECH also offers specialized PGDMs in Retail Management and Insurance Business Management. Students of PGDM-IB also get a chance to undergo a 2 trimester long training in foreign languages like Chinese, French and German. From the batch of 2017 over 20 alumni currently reside abroad in countries like France, UK, Canada, Germany and Austria.

BIMTECH PGDM IB Admission Process

The admission process for the PGDM IB course of BIMTECH involves 3 stages. The steps in the selection process are as follows:

Step 1 - Application

The application form is common for all PGDM courses. Candidates seeking admission for PGDM IB Programme at BIMTECH need to apply online through the official website www.bimtech.ac.in. The form can be filled out online by paying Rs. 2000/- through Credit or Debit Card.

Step 2 - Selection Process, Call for Personal Interview and Document Verification

The next step is shortlisting the applicants for Personal Interview (PI) based on the overall scores of CAT/XAT/CMAT/GMAT percentile. To avoid possible overlapping of the admission process with other B-Schools and to facilitate the early admission offer, BIMTECH schedules PI in two stages.

BIMTECH conducts an early-stage selection process after the third week of December 2023. The said process provides a candidate with an opportunity to appear for the process conveniently. The 2nd round of the selection process is done post declaration of CAT/XAT results after the 2nd week of February 2024. The 2nd round of PI is held for those candidates who get a minimum prescribed cut-off percentile.

Document Verification: Candidates should submit a self attested photocopy of the following documents

Mark List of Class 10th.
Mark List of Class 12th.
Mark List of Graduation (All years / Semesters).
Score card of CAT/GMAT/XAT/CMAT whichever applicable.
Work Experience certificate (if applicable) from a registered company having turnover of Rs. 50 Crores or more in the preceding financial year i.e. 2023-24. The work experience should be in an executive or supervisory role for a minimum period of one year.

You will have all the necessary facilities and their library is considered the biggest in Greater Noida. BIMTECH provides a very encouraging campus life. The campus houses the residences for the faculty and the students who can utilize all the resources like the Gym, Library, and various other sports facilities such as Badminton, Basketball, Cricket, Table Tennis, etc. The boys’ hostel is located a bit far away from the college itself. But adequate bus facilities are available for the students. ICFAI Business School (IBS) has many campuses across India; Mumbai, Dehradun, Gurgaon, Bangalore (off-campus Hyderabad), Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad, and Jaipur. Out of these, only the Hyderabad campus comes close to BIMTECH Greater Noida. The average salary offered during the campus placements for the core PGDM 2018-20 batch of BIMTECH Greater Noida is INR 8.27 lakhs per annum. The percentage placements of the overall batch (all the courses) were 96.59%. If you are really interested in finance and want to build your career in the same, then you can go for IBS Mumbai if you are not getting any other campus.
