Oral Extempore Presentation: Candidates are required to appear for an Oral Extempore Presentation before a panel, for a maximum duration of three minutes on a topic given on the spot. The presentation will be evaluated on content, relevance, and clarity in communication
Personal Interview Performance: A personal interview would be the final step in the selection process. The overall personality of a candidate would be evaluated
