MES College Admission
Admission to courses in MES College Marampally is done on the basis of merit, followed by a personal interview. The admissions are conducted as per MG University rules in force. MG University conducts a Central Allotment Process (CAP) online.
Admission to BSc, BA, B.Com, BBA, and BCA program is given through a single-window system of MES University i.e. Centralized Allotment Process (CAP) under Merit Quota. Shortlisted eligible candidates are called for the interview round and qualified candidates are given admission to the course.
Candidates who are seeking admission to MSc, MA, M.Com and MHRM program are given on the basis of the candidate’s merit in the qualifying examination and performance in the interview round conducted by MES College. MES College Facilities
The facilities include:
- Auditorium: The large and spacious college auditorium is designed to accommodate 2000 students comfortably. The auditorium is used for large gatherings and events like award ceremonies, inaugurations, assemblies, etc. In addition to this auditorium, there is also a seminar hall and a conference hall.
- Hostel: Hostel facility is available for both boys and girls on the campus. Presently the girl’s hostel can accommodate 300 students and the boy’s hostel has a capacity of 40. The college has availed UGC assistance for setting up the hostel facility.
- Laboratories: There are 14 separate laboratories in this college.
- Library: The library was established in 1994 at the very inception of the Institution, with an area of 8000 sq. feet. It houses more than 15000 books and subscribes to more than 100 journals and magazines.
- Other: 2D/ 3D animation labs, funded research projects for students, hygienic and well-maintained canteen, productive and dynamic.
Conclusion
The college is certainly a pioneering one, with an excellent set of faculty. The placement cell works hard to get placements for all the students. Ans. Yes, 50% of the seats are reserved for SC/ ST/ SEBC categories. The seats under community quota are earmarked for students of the Muslim community and seats are filled on the basis of merit. Candidates who seek admission under the community quota should directly apply to the college along with CAP registration acknowledgment. However, no community quota is earmarked for self-financing programs.
