Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must secure at least 45 % mark in three subjects i.e. Physics/Mathematics/and either of these subjects Chemistry/Computer Science/Biotechnology/Biology/Electronics with English as a compulsory subject language.
- The candidate of reserved category from Karnataka state i.e. SC/ST/OBC secure at least 40 % marks in the relevant discipline.

Karnataka Common Entrance Test is taken by those students who wish to apply for B.Tech or BE. The application fee is made through a challan, students residing outside Karnataka are required to pay INR 750. The following section gives details for KCET application registration and submission.

Documents Required
- Scanned and recent photograph coloured or black/white (but clear contrast) JPG/JPEG format. Size should be between 10 kb to 200 kb.
- Scanned signature in JPG/JPEG format. Size should be between 4 kb to 30 kb.
- Application forms with unclear photographs will be rejected.

- Register by giving your personal details, to generate a user id and password.
- The application number will be generated after submitting the details for registration.
