Aspirants seeking admission to a 3-year full-time B.Tech Lateral Program should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute.

Academic Requirement

Candidate should have the following qualification:

• A pass with minimum eligibility marks in one of the qualifying Diplomas in Engineering / Technology of the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Tamilnadu / any other equivalent prescribed for the courses.
• Both Diploma and B.Sc. Qualified Candidates have to obtain the following minimum eligibility marks for admission to lateral entry as prescribed.
• General Category: 55%; BC (including Backward Class Muslim) : 50%; MBC & DNC: 45%; SC/SCA/ST: 40%

Admission will be made through TNEA Counselling.
