Shaheed Udham Singh College of Engineering and Technology (SUSCET) was established in the year 1996 in Chandigarh. It is known for its higher technical education and first class educational experience.

The college is approved by AICTE and affiliated to Punjab Technical University (PTU), Jalandar and Punjab University (PU), Patiala. It offers approved courses in different disciplines of Science, Technology, Management and Life Sciences.

The college offers B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA and Diploma courses to its students. There are two campuses of the college: North Campus and South Campus

SUSCET provides B.Tech, M.Tech and MCA courses to students.
There are total eight specializations are available in B.Tech program.
Total 975 seats are allotted for admission in B.Tech in the first year and 153 seats for the second year under lateral entry scheme.

B.Tech is a full time regular course for the duration of 4 years. The college provide admission to students for both the north and south campuses. M.Tech is offered in both regular & part time mode for the duration of 2 years. Students can select the type of course they want to pursue during the application process.

Interested candidates can apply for the respective program by directly visiting the college. Application process is same for B.Tech and M.Tech programs.

Candidates who have passed in 10+2 with Physics, Mathematics and with one of the subjects from Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology stand eligible to apply for B.Tech program. For M.Tech, candidates have to hold a B.E/BT.Tech degree in any relevant field.

The candidates will be selected on merit/entrance exam basis. Two third of seats are filled through counseling of the students selected on merit basis in the entrance test and remaining seats are filled by management quota.

SUSCET offers B.Tech programme in various disciplines. The mode of application is offline. Interested candidates can apply at the Institute for their respective stream and submit the filled form at college. The eligibility criteria is given below:

One-third of the seats will be filled by direct admission based on the 10+2 merit or diploma aggregate marks.

There are six specializations offered in M.Tech. The application process for M.Tech is offline. Admission is on the basis of merit. Candidates with a valid aggregate percentage in BE or B.Tech course can apply for this program.

Shaheed Udham Singh College of Engineering and Technology (SUSCET) MCA Admission 2023

SUSCET also MCA at Post Graduate level. It is a 3 years regular course. Candidates can apply directly by visiting the college campus. The minimum eligibility is graduation in any stream with Mathematics as mandatory subject in 10+2. Students will be selected for MCA on the basis of UPSEE entrance or merit of the qualifying exam.

UPSEE is a UP state entrance examination for B.Tech, B.E, M.Tech and MCA programmes.
Candidates with a valid score card of qualifying examination are also stand eligible for direct admission process.
The mode of application is offline. Candidates can apply directly at the college.

The diploma course is a 3 years regular full-time programme. There are eight disciplines offered under Diploma course for admission to 1^st semester and 3^rd semester based on the candidate’s choice. 1/5^th of the total seats for Diploma course is reserved for students taking admission through LEET test The Lateral Entry Entrance test (LEET) is organized y Haryana State Technical Education Society every year for admission to lateral entry BE/B.Tech/Diploma courses.
