Admission Criteria

A candidate should not have completed the age of 21 years as on 1st July for OC, BC & MBC/DNC.
For SC/ST there is no age limit.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates having passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects are eligible for admission to B.E program.

Selection Criteria

Admissionto B.E. program will be offered on the basis of a valid TNEA Rank. The TNEA application process is the first process in the selection and next being the random number generation on the basis of TNEA Ranking released by Anna University.

Finally, the counselling takes place where the students are allocated to the preferred college/course depending upon the seat availability. Cut-offs are calculated on the basis of the 10+2 examination major subjects like Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry. 1200 marks will be converted into 200 for cut-off calculation.
