SGT Institute offers M.Tech at the PG level in 3 specializations and has a total intake of 60 students. Candidates who have a BE / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc degree are eligible to apply.

M.Tech seats will be allotted on the basis of performance in GATE through counselling process conducted by MDU, Rohtak.

Application fee to be paid is INR 500 and can be paid by cash or through online payment.
