NIET Alwar B.Tech & Diploma Admission 2023

NIET Alwar offers B.Tech in 4 specializations along with a Diploma in Engineering & Technology. Lateral entry admissions are also offered in both B.Tech and Diploma. B.Tech course is affiliated to Rajasthan Technical University (RTU), Kota and Diploma course is affiliated to Board of Technical Education Jodhpur (BTER), Jodhpur.

For B.Tech, candidates must have 50% marks in 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology / Computer Science subjects. For Lateral Entry in B.Tech, a Diploma in Engineering or B.Sc with 45% marks is required.

Key Points:

A relaxation of 5% shall be given to candidates belonging to the reserved category of Rajasthan only.
As per rules established by competent authorities, 50% of seats shall be filled by candidates with JEE scores and 50% through merit as per marks obtained in class 10+2.

The institute offers B.Pharm and D.Pharm courses at the Pharmacy level. The courses are affiliated to Rajasthan University of Health Sciences (RUHS), Jaipur.

NIET Alwar MBA & BBA Admission 2023

NIET also offers admissions to BBA and MBA in 3 specializations. Candidates must have passed 10+2 with 50% for BBA and a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 50% marks for MBA.

Admission is done on the basis of valid CMAT score. However, management quota admission is based on the valid score in CAT or MAT. BBA admission is based on the merit in 10+2. The seats are allotted through counselling conducted by the competent authority at the state level.

Out of 60 seats in MBA, 51 will be occupied through CMAT scores and remaining 9 seats are reserved for management quota.

NIET Alwar Application Process 2023

Candidates seeking admissions to B.Tech, Polytechnic and Pharmacy courses shall be admitted through a process of counselling conducted by the competent authority such as BTER/RUHS/RTU on the basis of entrance test scores or merit.

Application-cum-Registration can be done in online mode only. The application fee can be paid either via E-Mitra Kiosk or online using a credit/debit card or net banking. If a candidate chooses to remit fee via E-Mitra, then he/she shall have to visit E-Mitra Kiosk Centre to pay the fee.

Note: Candidates applying under management quota seats shall register online on the NIET website.
