Modern Institute of Technology & Research Centre (MITRC) is a reputed self-financing educational institution imparting quality education in the field of engineering and management studies. It is situated in Alwar, Rajasthan. The college was established in 2007 by All India Arya Samajis Society for Advanced Education & Research (AIASSAER). It is affiliated to the Rajasthan Technical University, Kota.
MITRC Alwar currently offers B. Tech courses in five different engineering branches at the undergraduate level. At the post-graduate level, the institute offers a MBA program with various specializations.
- The minimum eligibility for B.Tech is 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry or Mathematics from a recognized board.
- Admission to B.Tech is done on the basis of JEE Main/ REAP or management quota.
- 85% of the total seats for MBA are filled under government quota by CMAT scores.
- The remaining 15% are filled by the institute’s management quota on the basis of merit in the last qualifying examination.
- For B.Tech Lateral entry, candidate must pass Diploma in Engineering with minimum 50% marks or B.Sc. (PCM) with minimum 60% marks.
- Candidates applying for Lateral Entry to B.Tech are admitted through merit in the last qualifying examination.
- Candidates applying for the MBA program should complete a three-year Bachelor’s degree program from a recognized university.
- Reservation is provided as per RTU and Rajasthan State Government norms.
