Mayurakshi Institute of Engineering and Technology (MIET) was established in the year 2009. The environment of campus is calm and pollution free. Library- The library is spread in 5000 sq. ft. in area. It has a large collection of books, reference books and reports. It regular subscribes national and international journals.

Hostel- The college has 3 hostel for boys with capacity of 400 students and 1 hostel for girls with capacity of 100 students.

Sports- The college has the excellent games facility including football, cricket, volleyball, basketball and badminton etc.

Scholarships:

• Boys students getting 70% and above marks in the 12th class will get 20% scholarship in tuition fee in first year
• Girls students getting 70% of marks and above in their 12th class will get 20% scholarship in tuition fee in first year and free bus transportation
• Students getting 85%-90% marks in 12th class will get 100% relaxation in tuition fee in the first year
• Students getting more than 90% marks in the 12th class will get 100% relaxation in tuition fees in all four years provided a minimum of 75% of marks is scored in each semester of engineering course in the institution
