Important Updates for MEAEC

MEA Engineering College accepts BE/BTech admission as per KEAM Score. KEAM Counselling 2023 round 3 counselling started on August 23. Eligible candidates can submit their fresh options or rearrange existing choices. Previously, KEAM has released Round 1 and Round 2 seat allotments.

MEA Engineering College situated in the state of Kerala is the first NAAC accredited self-financing Engineering College in the Malappuram district. It offers a range of programmes including B.Tech and M.Tech courses and a Ph.D degree.

The B.tech course is offered under various streams of Civil, Computer Science, Electronics and Communication, Electrical and Electronic, Information Technology, Mechanical.
Similarly, the M.Tech course is offered in the streams of Computer Science and Engineering, Communication Engineering, Power Electronics and Drive
It also provides Ph.D in various streams.
Admission to B.Tech will be based on KEAM, Whereas the marks secured in GATE will be responsible for admission to M.Tech.

Eligibility

Candidates must have passed in (10+2) or Equivalent with mandatory relevant subjects from a recognized board or institution with a minimum of 50% aggregate.
Candidates who have scored minimum 45% marks in PCM in aggregate are eligible under Management quota.

Candidates who have passed Diploma with minimum 50% marks in the final diploma examination are eligible to apply for B.Tech. lateral entry.

MEA Engineering College Scholarship

Scholarship is based on merit as well as minority and reservations.The College offers freeships for eligible students and provides scholarship for brilliants in addition to the fee waiver scheme introduced by the AICTE.

Cash prize of INR 10,000/- and INR 5,000/- is awarded for first and second rank holders respectively.
