LJIET B.Tech Admission 2023

L.J. Institute of Engineering and Technology (LJIET) offers B.Tech in 9 streams. The admission is offered on the basis of GUJCET conducted by GTU followed by the counselling process. Minimum 60% marks are required to qualify in GUJCET. Candidates with good JEE Main score are also given preference at the time of admission.

LJIET M.Tech Admission 2023

LJIET offers M.Tech/M.E program in 6 streams. Candidates applying for admissions to M. E/M.Tech program at LJIET must have cleared GATE or PGECET successfully. M.E/M.Tech applicant must hold a B.Tech degree in the corresponding stream with 55% marks (5% relaxation for ST/SC) in aggregate.

The total intake for 1^st shift in Computer Science branch is 48 and 18 for Electronics and Communication while for all others the total intake is 24 each.
M.E/M.Tech program in CAD/CAM is offered in 2^nd shift only.
The 2^nd shift for the M.E/M.Tech program is also available in 3 branches, namely, Electronics and Communication, Computer Science and CAD/CAM.
The total intake remains 24 for each of the 3 branches in the 2^nd shift.

LJIET MBA & MCA Admission 2023

For admissions to MBA program, the candidates must be graduate in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate (5% relaxation for reserved categories). MBA admissions at LJIET are based on the marks obtained by the applicant in CMAT.

For MCA program, the candidates must hold a BCA or B. Tech/B.E degree in Information Technology with a minimum of 50% and 45% for the reserved categories.

LJIET Application Process 2023

Admissions to LJIET is controlled by ACPC followed by the counselling process of Gujarat Engineering Admissions. The registration fee of INR 350 is charged from applicants. After registration, the applicants can choose LJIET as one of the choices in the list of colleges applying for.

LJIET Scholarship and Reservation Details 2023

LJIET College also assists candidates to obtain a scholarship from the Welfare Department of Government of Gujarat. The candidates can even get scholarships through education loan scheme of Gujarat Minorities Development and Finance Corporation for students of minority communities.

Scholarships are offered by GTU to the candidates on the basis of merit. Additionally, the stipend is also paid to those eligible candidates who have obtained high scores in GATE. The amount can be reduced from 80% to 85% of the college fees depending upon the rank of the candidate in GATE.

Fee relaxation is offered by the Gujarat Government to those belonging to other backward classes or candidates from reserved categories. The candidates belonging to a financially weak class are also offered TWFS seats by GTU.
