LDC Institute of Technical Studies, Allahabad offers B.Tech. and B.Tech. (Lateral) degree course in five specializations at the undergraduate level. Candidates are required to pass the 10+2/Class XII with English, Physics, Mathematics, and Computer Science/Chemistry as compulsory subjects and obtained a minimum aggregate of 45% to be eligible to apply for B.Tech degree programs.
Candidates must have passed 3 years Diploma Course or B.Sc. degree course in the appropriate branch from the colleges approved by AICTE/State Board of Technical Education with minimum aggregate marks of 60% in aggregate to be eligible to apply for Lateral Entry program.
Admission to all the programs will be conducted by AKTU through Central Admission Process based on UPSEE score. The merit list will be prepared on the basis of UPSEE (B.Tech) score. Applicants who clear the cut-off score and whose name will be in the merit list will be called for the counselling process.

Key Points:
- 5% relaxation marks are given to all SC/ST candidates. Candidates of Home State are given preference.
- 85% of the seats are filled through UPSEE - Counselling.
- Remaining 15% seats are for direct admission on merit for management quota and vacant seats with minimum 45% marks in Physics, Mathematics & Computer Science/Chemistry.
- Candidates with more than 60% marks in aggregate Diploma/B.Sc. can apply directly for admission to B.Tech (Lateral) degree program.
