The minimum requirement for PG courses offered at KSRCT is a Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks in aggregate (45% for OBC).

K.S Rangasamy College of Technology PG Selection Criteria

• For securing admission in PG courses, candidates have to appear in the TANCET exam conducted by Anna University.
• Students who obtain a valid rank in the exam are called for the TANCET Counselling.
• During the counselling round, applicants have to register online, fill the choice of course & college and get their documents verified.
• After successful verification, seat allotment will be done based on the rank obtained and choices filled by the student.
• At last, candidates need to report at the allotted college to confirm the seat by paying a requisite fee and to participate in further admission process.

NOTE - GATE qualified candidates are given direct admission to M.E and M.Tech courses.

How to Apply for PG Courses?

Students have to follow a sequence of steps to apply for the TANCET exam so as to get admission in PG courses. The steps to apply are listed as follows:

1. Go to the official website of TANCET.
2. Register by providing basic details such as name, email id, phone number, etc.
3. A key will be sent to your registered phone number.
4. Now login by entering the registered email id, password and TANCET key.
5. As soon as registration is done, proceed to fill the application form.
6. Next, upload scanned images of required documents.
7. Once the form is complete, make application fee payment of INR 600/- (INR 300 for SC/SCA/ST candidates) through Net Banking, Credit Card or Debit Card.
8. After payment, submit the form and take a printout of the same for future use.
