KGRCET Hyderabad provides the following scholarship to deserving and needy students. The students fulfilling the eligibility criteria can apply for these scholarships.

State Level Scholarships
Eligibility Criteria:
- For SC and ST Students Annual Family Income should be Less than 2 lakhs.
- For BC, EBC and Minority Students belonging to the rural area, Family income should be less than INR 1,50,000.
- For BC, EBC and Minority Students belonging to the urban area, Family income should be less than 2 lakhs.
- For Disabled Students, Parental income should be less than one lakh.
- EBC students selected under the corporate college admission scheme are eligible for the Intermediate course.
- Attendance of students should be 75% at the end of each semester.
Students not Eligible:
- Students Other than SC, ST, BC, EBC, Minority and DW (Disabled) are not eligible.
- Students who belong to SC, ST category and the Family income is more than 2 Lakhs are not eligible.
- Students who belong to BC, EBC, Minority and are from the rural area, if their Family Income exceeds one lakh then they are not eligible.
- Students who belong to BC, EBC, Minority and are from the urban area, if their Family Income exceeds 2 lakhs then they are not eligible.
- Disabled students whose family income exceeds one lakh.
- Students of Part-time or online courses.
- Students from sponsored seats or management quota.
- Students having a stipend more than the aggregate amount of scholarship.
- Students studying Open University courses, distant mode courses.
- EBC category students, studying intermediate or equivalent courses.
Institute Financial Assistance
Students of the institute are from diverse backgrounds. So it is necessary to provide help to the students who are capable and meritorious but cannot afford to pay tuition fees due to their financial crisis. It Is the culture of the institution to support such students to achieve their goals. The institute provides financial assistance to the students for completing their graduation. The governing body of KG Reddy College of Engineering & Technology will make a decision in the selection process based on the below-mentioned parameters.
- Annual Income of Family.
- Academic performance of the student.
- Background (Rural/urban)
- Achievements (Sports/ Social activities)
- Physically Challenged.
Academic Scholarships
The scholarship amount is based on the rank of student:
- Below 5,000 EAMCET rank – 100 % of first-year tuition fee
- From 5001 to 10,000 – EAMCET rank- 50% of their tuition fee in the first year
- From 10,001 to 20,000- EAMCET rank – 25 % of their tuition fee in the first year
- Sports quota – 30 % of their first-year tuition fee
Approval Process of Scholarship: At the starting of the academic year, the college will release a scholarship notification. Eligible students could apply for the scholarship with supporting documents as mentioned in the notification. Scholarship notification is displayed on the notice board. Eligible students are shortlisted by the student’s admission section which later is scrutinized and finalized by the governing body, and the selected students would be informed through the college notice board and website.
