For JEE Main, GATE and RMAT, candidates need to apply at the official website of the respective conducting authorities.

• Candidates can fill the application form online for getting admission to the college.
• The online form will be available on the official website of the institute (http://www.ietalwar.com/).
• For the final selection, candidates must ensure that they have passed the entrance examination with good scores.
• On the day of counseling, admission will be offered to deserving candidates on the basis of merit or rank that they have obtained in the respective entrance examination.
• Candidates must carry their original documents for document verification on the day of counseling.

Once admission is offered to candidates on the day of counseling, they need to pay the admission fee immediately.

The institute offers admission to the B.tech course under 4 specializations. Higher Secondary Examination qualified candidates can have admission to the courses.

The mode of admission to B.Tech programs in the Institute of Engineering and Technology is based on JEE Main, a national level entrance examination. JEE Main is conducted by CBSE in both online and offline mode.

IET Alwar B.Tech Eligibility Criteria:

• Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) qualified from a recognized board of education.
• Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/ Technical Vocational subject.
• Minimum 45% marks should be secured in the final examination.
• 40% of marks must be secured by students belonging to the SC/ST category.

IET Alwar B.Tech Selection Criteria:

• Admission to the course will be based on the marks secured in JEE Mains.
• Candidates must have passed Class 12 with at least 5 subjects.
