GNIT, Haryana B.Tech & Lateral Entry Admission 2023

GNIT, Haryana offers four year degree course of B.Tech with 4 specializations. The total intake of the course is 420. Lateral Entry admissions into second year of B.Tech are also offered to eligible candidates.

75% of admissions to both the courses are conducted through centralized admission couselling on the basis of entrance test scores by HSTES. Remaining 25% of admissions come under management quota to be filled through institute level counselling.

B.Tech candidates need JEE Main scores while Lateral Entry candidates should have LEET scores.
Candidate must have passed 10+2 examination in Science stream with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and one of the four as optional subjects - Chemistry/ Bio-Technology /Computer Science /Biology.

Lateral Entry admissions candidates must have a Diploma in Engineering or Technology of minimum three years duration from an AICTE approved institution.

In case seats remain vacant after state and institute level counselling then college will invite applications for left over seats to be filled on the basis of entrance test scores or marks obtained in the qualifying examination.

GNIT also offers comprehensive degree of M.Tech in three specializations. For each specialization the institute offers 18 seats. Interested candidates should possess valid GATE scores or equivalent to apply for the course.
