Among Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College (GNDEC) or the Gulzar Group of Institutes, it is suggested you go for GNDEC.

GNDEC is a Punjab Government aided institute.
Their faculty comprises highly experienced members, who are cooperative as well.
Placements are really good at GNDEC.
CSE, IT, and ECE departments are known to have better placements than Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical.
They provide the best lab facilities for the core branches in the state of Punjab.

Therefore if you want to build your career ahead by dedicating your time to studies then GNDEC will be a better option. But if you want a college life full of fests, events, and activities Gulzar Group of Institutes will be good.
