At the undergraduate level, Dr Kedar Nath Modi Institute of Engineering and Technology offers Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree programmes under multiple number of specializations.

Candidates having 10+2 level or equivalent degree with at least 45% (40% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) marks in the above subjects.

Admission shall be done through counseling on the basis of merit obtained in UPSEE (Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination) conducted by Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow. Candidates having a valid rank in JEE Main can also apply for admission to the institute. Admission will be based on the percentage of marks obtained in qualifying exam and /or respective entrance exam.

In addition to the B.Tech program, Dr Kedar Nath Modi Institute of Engineering and Technology offers Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) degree programs to the aspiring students. Both the programs offered for a duration of three years. The annual intake is 120 seats for each of the programs.

Candidates applying for the BBA and BCA courses are required to appear for counselling rounds conducted by the institute. However, they must have passed in 10+2 level or equivalent examination in relevant subjects with at least 45% marks in aggregate.

At the postgraduate level, Dr Kedar Nath Modi Institute of Engineering and Technology offers Master of Business Administration (MBA) for a duration period of two years. The number of seats available for admission is 60 seats. Admission in the MBA program is done on the basis of marks scored in Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE), conducted by Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University

• A relaxation of 5% marks in aggregate is given to the SC/ST category candidates in comparison to 45% marks for General & OBC category candidates.
• State government has also permitted 20% of total sanctioned seats of MBA to be filled on the basis of CAT.
