Desh Bhagat Engineering College (DBEC) was established in 2008. It is affiliated to Maharaja Ranjit Singh Punjab Technical University (MRSPTU). The Institute offers B.Tech, BBA, B.Sc, BCA, B.Com, M.Sc and MBA courses at UG and PG levels. Additionally, the institute also offers diploma and certificate programs in various disciplines.

Post-Metric Scholarship Scheme: Post Metric Scholarship scheme provides financial assistance to the Scheduled Caste and Backward Class students studying at post matriculation or post-secondary stage.
