For obtaining admission in the B.Tech course, the candidates must have passed 10+2 examination from a recognized board with minimum 45% marks in the final examination (40% for reserved categories).
Seats are offered on the basis of candidates’ performance in AP EAMCET. Management Quota seats are also reserved.
Diploma or B.Sc. degree holders with Mathematics as a compulsory subject can obtain direct admission the 2^nd year of B.Tech. under the Lateral Entry scheme based on candidates’ ranking in the Engineering Common Entrance Test (ECET).

The admission in the B.Tech. course at DNR College of Engineering and Technology (DNRCET) is based on the candidates’ performance in the EAMCET. EAMCET is conducted for the candidates who are natives of Andhra Pradesh and the Telangana States.

The M.Tech admissions are granted on the basis of score of PGECET or GATE examinations. PGECET examination is conducted by Osmania University on behalf of Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE). GATE is an online examination which is conducted at the National Level.

Candidates who have completed their B.E. / B.Tech. / AMIE degree in relevant field and have secured minimum 50% marks in the qualifying degree examination (45% for SC / ST) are eligible apply.
