Ch. Devi Lal State Institute of Engineering & Technology offers a 4-year B.Tech course in 6 specializations on the basis of the score of JEE Main.

The admission will be granted as per the rules of Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES). HSTES is a counselling process based on the merit list released as per the marks obtained in JEE Main. The merit and cut-off vary for each college with respect to the course.

The counselling session is conducted in two rounds, viz. Allotment of the seat immediately after the counselling and the admission through HSTES by paying the application fee of INR 500 (INR Reserved category) along with the counselling fee of INR 500.

Applicants who want to get admission against leftover or vacant seats of B.Tech (Regular) or B.Tech Lateral Entry may also apply as per the guidelines of HSTES. It is necessary for the candidates to appear in Online Entrance Test (OLET) conducted by HSTES for admission to B.Tech (LEET).
