Bhai Maha Singh College of Engineering (BMSCE), Muktsar was established in 2002 under Adesh Group of Institutions. It was named after great Sikh Martyr Bhai Maha Singh. It is affiliated to Punjab Technical University (PTU), Jalandhar and recognized by Department of Technical Education (DTE), Govt. of Punjab. It is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and accredited by National Board of Accreditation (NBA), New Delhi.
- The vision of the college is to create world class environment that allows students to fully develop their professional abilities and personalities for fostering a strong sense of responsibility and ethics.
- The campus of the college spread over an area of 26 acres and located on Kotkapura-Muktsar Highway.

Extra Curricular Activities
- NSS- The college has been allotted one unit of NSS with intake of 52 students volunteers for community development an enlightening the masses on the evils of foeticide drug menace & AIDS. The College has adopted Thandewala Village & carried out surveys & did social work.
- NCC- The college has an NCC unit of one platoon and all of its first batch passed with ‘B’ Certificate & opening for ‘C’ Certificate.
