Bengal Institute of Technology offers admission for 4-years full-time Undergraduate program in engineering (B.Tech.) under 4 specializations. 10+2 qualified candidates will be eligible for admission to the course.

Admission for these courses is conducted based on the rank obtained in WBJEE and JEE Main.

Bengal Institute of Technology Kolkata B.Tech. Selection Criteria:

• Selection will be done on merit basis out of the rank in WBJEE/JEE Main.
• Generally, 3 offline counseling sessions are held.
• Based on the cut-off declared by BIT, Kolkata, students have to choose the college and their stream.
• Two sets of supporting documents are submitted. The supporting documents needed to be submitted are as follow-
• Scorecard of the valid entrance exam qualified
• Original & photocopies of Marksheets and certificate of 10th and 12th
• Passport size photographs.
• Category Certificate
• Hard copy of application form
• Anti-Ragging affidavit signed by the candidate and the parents separately
• Fitness certificate.
