Balaji Institute of Technology and Science [BITS} offers B.Tech program in 5 specializations. The total number of seats allocated for the B.Tech is 660.

Candidates must have passed 10+2 level examination with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects to be eligible for admission

Admission is done on the basis of rank secured in the Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (EAMCET) conducted by the Govt. of Telangana State. Admission is also done through JEE Main score.

Admissions to the M.Tech programs are done through a valid score in GATE. Apart from GATE, admission is also done on the basis of TS PGECET score.
