Aryan Institute is one of the new emerging colleges in Odisha. It was started in the year 2009 and is situated in the city of Bhubaneshwar, the capital of Odisha.

It is an NAAC accredited college which offers courses in Engineering for both UG and PG degrees. Diploma courses are also offered by Aryan School of Engineering and Technology.

Candidates who have finished +2 or equivalent qualification with minimum 45% can apply for B.Tech courses.
Admissions to UG courses start around the month of May with the results of JEE Main examination.
Candidates wishing to apply for M. Tech must have good score in GATE Examination.
Diploma holders can apply for Lateral Entry 2^nd year Engineering using their Diploma certificates.
There is also a separate exam for students who missed out admissions in the 1^st cycle.

The Institute offers M. Tech Structural Engineering with 18 seats and the competition to get admitted to the same is very tough.

GATE Examination takes place in February for the current final year UG students. Candidates with good scores in GATE 2018 can also apply for PG here.

Aryan Institute of Engineering and Technology B.Tech Admission 2023

Students who have cleared their +2 or equivalent examination from any recognized board and have cleared JEE Mains examination can apply for B. Tech Engineering courses. JEE Main Examination will be held in April .

Candidates can apply for the courses through their JEE Main scores from the month of June. After successful completion of +2 Science with Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology/Computer Science with a minimum of 45% of aggregate marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST category) in Physics, Mathematics & Chemistry /Biology/Biotechnology/Computer Science is a must.

Key Points:

Candidates can opt for any one of online examination or Paper-Based examination.
For admission to B.Tech Lateral entry (B.Sc.), the students must have passed Bachelor’s Degree Examination of three years duration in Science from University of Odisha or from a recognized University as defined by UGC.
For admission to B.Tech Lateral entry (B.Sc), the students must have Bachelor’s degree with at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST category) and must have passed XII standard with Mathematics as a subject.
For admission to B.Tech. Lateral entry (Diploma Engineering), the students must have passed three years diploma examination (two years in case of Lateral entry Diploma) in Engineering /Technology from State Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (SCTE&VT).

Aryan Institute of Engineering and Technology Diploma Admission 2023

AIET offers Diploma courses in 5 disciplines. The seats are limited and offered in merit basis. Students must have completed their 10^th schooling from any recognized board.

Students can apply directly for Diploma course by downloading the application form from the college website.

For Admission to 1st Semester Diploma in Engineering, the students must have passed HSC examination conducted by BSE, Odisha/10th standard examination declared equivalent by BSE, Odisha and must have obtained at least 35% marks in aggregate. The students must have secured 30% marks in each subject at the qualifying examination with English, Math and Science subjects.

For admission to 3rd Semester Diploma in Engineering (Lateral), the candidate must have passed in +2 Science Examination from CHSE, ODISHA or its equivalent examination with PCM/ +2 vocational (2 years course) in any Engineering Trades/2 years ITI in Engineering Trade/COE Trade. With this, the candidate must have passed pass in HSC examination conducted by BSE Odisha /10th standard examination declared equivalent by BSE, Odisha securing 30% marks in each subject at the qualifying examination.

Key Points:

The application for Diploma courses starts during the month of April-May every year.
Candidates must have cleared their 10^th std with English, Maths and Science as the major subjects for Diploma courses.

Aryan Institute of Engineering and Technology Application Process 2023

The Application for UG takes place through state-level counselling and through JEE Mains.

The Application for Diploma and PG is during May- June every year and it is an online process.
For writing OJEE Examination, the application is usually given in the 1^st week of August.

Aryan Institute of Engineering and Technology Scholarships

The students of AIET are availing different scholarships as per their merit and category. Those are as given below:

SC & ST scholarships according to the central and state government policies.
OBC/SEBC scholarship according to the central and state government policies.
Medhabruti scholarship is being provided by the Higher Education Department, Government of Odisha for the meritorious students of Odisha.
Minority scholarship to the students of different states by Government of India.
Pragati and Saksham Scholarship from AICTE.
Handicraft scholarships from NHFDC.
The children of Railway/Beedi/Cine/IOMC/LSDM Workers are also availing scholarships as per the government norms.

Apart from the above scholarships, the Institute also awards scholarship to the meritorious and poor students.

Remarks:

First, you have to fill out the application form for the entrance exam to pursue any course in this college. The college has its own process of admission i.e first they take an entrance exam and then the shortlisted candidates can get admission. The application form is available on the college website and the candidates can apply form online.
