Amity Institute of Nanotechnology is located in Sector -125, Noida. It was established in the year 2003 and it works under the governance of Ritnand Balved Education Foundation (RBEF). M.Tech Nanotechnology was the first course offered in the institute, and later a vast variety of undergraduate, postgraduate, integrated and research programs were offered, adhering to the guidelines of University Grand Commission (UGC).

Amity Institute of Nanotechnology offers B.Sc., B.Tech, M.Sc., M.Tech, Dual-degree B.Tech.-M.Tech., Dual-degree M.Sc.-M.Tech., and Ph.D. in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology specializations.

The selection process for all the courses includes English Language Test, Interview, and Group discussions.
Selection for B.Sc. course is done on the basis of merit in 10+2, English Language Test and Interview.
Candidates securing 80% or more in Class XII are exempt from the above selection process (applicable only for UG admissions).
The applicant should have passed 10+2 examinations to apply for B.Sc., B.Tech, and B.Tech + M.Tech programs.
Admissions to all B.Tech, B.Tech + M.Tech integrated programs is based on Amity- Joint Entrance Examinations (Amity-JEE).
The selection process for B.Tech, B.Tech + M.Tech integrated programs include Entrance test, English language test, and Personal interview.
Candidate seeking admission for M.Sc. or M.Sc.+ M.Tech program should be a B.Sc. graduate from a recognized university.
Selection to M.Tech program is done on the basis of GATE scores.
For M.Tech program, candidate should pass in B.Tech/BE/M.Sc. degree from a recognized university.
Selection process for M.Tech program includes Entrance test, English language test, and Personal interview.
Candidate should qualify Ph.D. Entrance Test (PET) to seek admission into the Ph.D. programs.

Amity Institute of Nanotechnology offers B.Sc. (Hons) in Nanoscience. It is a three-year, full-time degree offered for students who have qualified 10+2 examinations.

However, as basic eligibility criteria, the candidate should have secured minimum 60% marks in 10+2 qualifying examinations, with minimum 60% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Mathematics subjects for Non-sponsored category; and, minimum 55% marks in 10+2 qualifying examinations, with minimum 60% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Mathematics subjects for Sponsored category.

The admission process to this course is based on the overall performance of the candidate on the day of admission. The selection process includes English Language Test and Personal Interview.

Amity Institute of Nanotechnology M.Sc. and Integrated M.Sc. Admission 2023

Amity Institute of Nanotechnology also offers a two-year, full-time M.Sc., program in Nanoscience in research specialization. The Institute also offers a three-year, M.Sc. + M.Tech integrated program, with M.Sc. in Nanoscience in Research; and M.Tech in Nanotechnology specializations. The selection process for the course is similar to the M.Sc. admission.

The candidate seeking admission for the courses should have qualified B.Sc. or equivalent with minimum 60% marks and should have also secured minimum 60% marks in 10+2 qualifying examinations.

Amity Institute of Nanotechnology B.Tech and Integrated B.Tech Admission 2023

Amity Institute of Nanotechnology offers B.Tech and B.Tech + M.Tech integrated program in Nanotechnology specialization. B.Tech is a full-time four-year course, while B.Tech + M.Tech integrated is a full-time and five-year degree program.

As per basic eligibility criteria, the candidate should have secured minimum 60% marks in 10+2 qualifying examinations, with minimum 60% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Mathematics subjects for Non-sponsored category; and, minimum 55% marks in 10+2 qualifying examinations, with minimum 60% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Mathematics subjects for Sponsored category.

The candidate seeking admission for the both the courses should qualify Amity-Joint Entrance Exam (Amity-JEE). However, the overall performance of the candidate in the Entrance Test, Qualifying exam merit, English Language Test, and Personal Interview is considered as final criteria for admission.

Amity Institute of Nanotechnology provides the M.Tech program in Nanotechnology. It is a two-year, full-time program.

The candidate seeking admission for the M.Tech program should be a graduate in B.Tech or B.E. or M.Sc. in Physics/Chemistry/Biological Science/ Natural Science/ Electronic Science/ Instrumentation/Mathematics or equivalent recognized by the University with minimum 60% aggregate.

Candidate will be selected on the basis of selection test on the day of selection process or GATE entrance examination score followed by personal interview.

AINT offers Ph.D. in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology as both full-time and part-time program.

The applicant applying for the Ph.D. program, should pass in M.Sc. in Physics/ Chemistry/ Bioscience/ Nanoscience/ Forensic Science/ Biochemistry/ Material Science/ Electronic Science/ Environmental Science or equivalent with minimum 55% marks or M.Tech in Nanotechnology/Biotechnology/Materials/Instrumentation / Electronics/ Food Technology/ Pharmacy/ Chemical Engineering./ Biomedical Engineering or equivalent with minimum 55% marks in aggregate.

The candidates seeking admission for the Ph.D. program should qualify the selection process to seek admission. The student should qualify Ph.D. Entrance Test (PET) as a part of selection process.

Application form for all the courses is available both online and offline. The applicant can make the complete registration online or can also send the completed application to the concerned authorities in the University.

The applicant can seek application in any of the following ways:

The applicant can either use “Apply Now” option on the University website and fill the details and make registration (payment can be done online) (or)
They can download the application fill, print and send it to the concerned authority in the University (or)
The application package can be bought from the University on payment of the application fee

Fill the application form with appropriate information.
Include a valid email ID in the application form.
Enclose/Upload the latest Photograph and needed documents.
Pay the application fee online and submit the application.

Applicant should fill it in their own handwriting in black ink, and the form must be signed by them.

Amity Institute of Nanotechnology Scholarships 2023

Direct Admission (Fast-track) without appearing in the admission selection process and academic scholarships are provided to candidates based on their eligibility.

Scholarship Program after 10+2:

Fast-track admission is applicable only for UG applicants and not for PG/Research programs. Full, half or one-fourth part of the tuition fee for the academic course will be offered by the University for the deserving candidate based on their eligibility.

Scholarship Program after Graduation:

The scholarship is offered for students joining in postgraduate students, who are deserving based on their eligibility. However, the direct admission process is not applicable for postgraduates. The scholarship will be granted to the student only after verifying the original documents.

Note:

10% Fee concession is offered to Amity students who continue to pursue their higher education in Amity University.

Sports Scholarship:

Sports Scholarships are offered to the deserving candidates. They are given admission on a fast-track basis but must provide valid certificates as mentioned in the prospectus. As minimum eligibility criteria for admission in sports scholarship, the candidate:

Should have the minimum academic eligibility for the respective course as mentioned above.
Should not be more than 23 years of age as on 1 July of the academic year.

Fast Track Admission on Sports category:

Students who are eligible for sports scholarship need not appear for the sports trial or interview during the admission process. The admission will be done based on their application and by assessment of sports certificates provided for the last three years.
