ACE Engineering College (ACEEC) offers admission to B.Tech. program on the basis of performance in the state level entrance known as the EAMCET, conducted by the Government of Telangana. Candidates should have passed at the 10+2 level from the science stream to be eligible to apply. Selected candidates must provide all original documents for verification for final admission to be processed.
EAMCET is a 3-hour paper with 90 questions covering all relevant subject matter to the engineering field.
- There are a total of 160 questions.
- The questions are multiple choice and the test is conducted online.
- Each correct answer is worth one mark.

- Candidates must have studied Mathematics at 10+2 level whereas Physics and Chemistry are optional subjects.
- Candidates must be at least 17 years of age to apply.
- Selection is based on merit depending on score from the EAMCET examination.
- Candidates are selected in 2 categories i.e. category A and category B.
- Category A seats are filled by the Convener with seats being awarded on the basis of merit and rank secured in the EAMCET examination.
- Category B seats are filled by the college itself in line with the rules of the Government of Telangana.
