ABR College of Engineering & Technology accepts TS EAMCET for admission to BTech/ BE courses. TS EAMCET Results have been announced on June 14, 2023. Furthermore, TSCHE has announced the TS EAMCET counselling dates 2023. There will be 3 rounds of the TS EAMCET counselling process and phase 1 will start on June 26. Phase 1 online registration and payment of fee will be open till July 5.


ABR College of Engineering & Technology (ABRCET) is a reputed educational institution which offers various undergraduate and post-graduate courses in the disciplines of Engineering and Management Studies. It was established in 2008 by ABR Educational Society. The institute is located Kanigiri, Prakasam District (A.P.). ABRCET is currently affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technical University (JNTU), Kakinada. The college currently offers B.Tech, M.Tech and MBA programs in various specializations.

  • A valid score in AP EAMCET is mandatory for admission to B.Tech program.
  • APICET qualified candidates are eligible to apply for MBA program.
  • M.Tech program requires a valid score in AP PGECET.
  • Candidates applying under Category B seats do not need to appear for EAMCET/ PGECET/ ICET and their respective counselling. Such candidates are admitted on the basis of marks in their last qualifying exam.

ABRCET B. Tech Admission 2023

ABR College of Engineering & Technology offers a full-time B.Tech program in seven specializations. The basic eligibility criteria for admission to B. Tech course is 10+2 or equivalent examination in Science stream from a recognized board with at least 50% marks in aggregate.

Selection for the government quota seats is done on the basis of EAMCET rank. For B-Category seats, candidates are selected on the basis of marks in 10+2.

  • Candidates seeking admission over Category-B seats may collect the application form from the institute’s office. For payment of fees, the candidates can submit a DD drawn in favor of the institute.

ABRCET M.Tech & MBA Admission 2023

ABR College of Engineering & Technology offers postgraduate level engineering degree programs (M. Tech) in two specializations. It also offers a two-year MBA program. The basic eligibility criteria for admission to M. Tech is a BE/ B. Tech degree in the relevant discipline with minimum 50% marks. Graduates in any discipline are eligible for MBA program provided they have secured a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in the qualifying program.

Selection of candidates for M. Tech is done through AP-PGECET and counselling. For MBA admissions, the candidates are selected on the basis of AP-ICET score followed by JNTU counselling.

ABRCET Application Process 2023

ABR College of Engineering & Technology offers admission to various courses through state level entrance and counselling conducted by JNTU, Kakinada. Candidates may visit the relevant entrance test websites, viz, AP EAMCET, AP-PGECET and AP-ICET in order to fill the application form. The entrance tests are usually held in the month of April-May and counselling is conducted from last week of June till mid-August.

Candidates who qualify the entrance tests must register for JNTU counselling. Allotment of seats is carried out during counselling on the basis of their rank. The application- cum- counselling process is as follows:

  • Candidates seeking admission to government quota seats must fill the online application form by visiting the respective websites.
  • Payment of application fee can be done online using credit/ debit card or net-banking.
  • Applicants are required to download the admit cards from the respective websites as notified and appear in the entrance tests conducted for the purpose of selection.
  • Candidates qualifying the entrance test must visit one of the nearest Help-line Centers with all the relevant documents for verification.
  • After verification of the documents, the candidates will receive a Blank Option Form along with a list of college names, courses and their codes.
  • The applicant must write down their preferred college and course codes on priority basis.
  • In case of discrepancies, the applicant is allowed to modify his/her choice of college and course code on a given date which is notified by the authority on their official website. This marks the final opportunity for the student to exercise their options.
  • The final allotment of seats according to the authority’s norms will be displayed on the official website. The candidates whose names are on the Merit list must download their allotment order and report through Self-reporting system/ at college for payment of admission fees and to book his/her seat.

  • Income Certificate issued by MRO (for students claiming fee exemption)
  • PH/ NCC/ CAP/ Sports and Games Certificates (if applicable)
  • Transfer Certificate

Note: Candidates will be issued a receipt of Certificates at Help-line Centers after Document Verification.
